Free while it’s just me.

I’m one person building Biankbook. While that’s true, the whole thing is free — every tier, every limit, unlocked. The shape below is where it’s heading.

Honest answers

Why don't you link to my bank like other apps?
I've never wanted to. Bank-linking means holding credentials, dealing with breaks, and selling enriched data to stay alive. Biankbook is manual on purpose — you type a transaction in five seconds, Otto catches the rest with rules. The friction is the feature.
Why is everything free right now?
Because it's just me building this. I haven't figured out servers, sleep, or whether enough people want it to justify charging. While that's true, the whole thing is unlocked — every tier, every limit, no premium gate. When I can support more, the tiers above are roughly what they'll cost.
Will Biankbook ever sell my data?
No. I never have, I never will. Biankbook will be funded by subscriptions or nothing — not surveillance. If I ever change that I'll shut it down first.
What happens when paid tiers start?
If you're already using it, you get plenty of warning and a grandfather price. The Notebook tier stays free forever. You'll keep everything you've written either way — chapters export as PDFs you own.
What if you stop building this?
Then you get a final export of everything before the lights go off — every chapter, every rule, every book — as PDFs and CSVs you own forever. Your data leaves with you. That's the deal.
